By accessing or using Tarot Starpact, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service. These terms apply to all users, whether you use the free features or any premium features we may offer.

Service Description

Tarot Starpact is a free online tool for creating beautiful, customizable line charts and data visualizations. Our service allows you to paste or upload data in CSV format, customize chart appearance (colors, fonts, styles, chart types), preview changes in real-time, and export charts as PNG or SVG images. All data processing occurs in your browser for maximum privacy and speed. We may offer optional premium features such as cloud saving, advanced templates, or additional export options.

User Accounts

Use of the core chart creation features does not require an account. If you choose to create an account for premium features, you must provide accurate and complete information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or for legitimate operational or legal reasons.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Tarot Starpact lawfully and appropriately. You will not: violate any applicable laws or regulations; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data; use the service to process or store illegal, harmful, or malicious content; interfere with the proper functioning of the service through excessive automated requests, scraping, or denial-of-service attacks; reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the service; misrepresent your identity or affiliation; or use the service in any way that could harm Tarot Starpact, our users, or third parties. We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against violations.

Subscription & Payment

The core features of Tarot Starpact are free to use. If we offer premium features, subscriptions, or one-time purchases, they will be processed through secure third-party payment providers such as Stripe and subject to their terms. Pricing, features, and availability may change with notice. Applicable taxes may apply based on your location. Unless required by law or specified in our refund policy, purchases are generally non-refundable. If a payment fails or is disputed, we may suspend access to premium features until resolved.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, functionality, design, user interface, code, logos, and branding of Tarot Starpact are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to the data and content you input into Tarot Starpact. Charts you create using our service are yours to use for any purpose (personal or commercial). You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the Tarot Starpact application itself without our written permission. Open-source libraries used in the service are subject to their respective licenses.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Tarot Starpact at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abuse of the service, or other legitimate reasons. You may stop using the service at any time. If you have an account, you may request deletion by contacting support. Upon termination, certain provisions survive including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law provisions. Data stored locally in your browser will remain until you clear it.

Tarot Starpact is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We make no warranties about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any features, content, or outputs. Charts created with our tool should be reviewed for accuracy before use in important decisions or publications. Use of the service is at your own risk. Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of implied warranties, so some limitations may not apply to you.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tarot Starpact and its operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from: (a) your use or inability to use the service; (b) any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data; (c) any interruption or cessation of the service; (d) any bugs, viruses, or harmful code; (e) any errors or omissions in content or charts; or (f) any other matter relating to the service. In jurisdictions where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability shall not exceed $100 USD or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, whichever is greater.
