Major Arcana cards:III The Empress

Card Interpretation
The beautiful Empress sits on an elegant and comfortable chair, surrounded by a lush forest that evokes a sense of carefreeness and ease. Beside the chair rests a heart, as if she intentionally bestows upon you these fertile lands, bountiful fruits, and complete love—gratitude is well-deserved.
If the High Priestess embodies a quiet lady of wisdom, the Empress represents passion and nobility. Her plush cushions and magnificent attire undoubtedly speak to her wealth and authority. Like the Magician, she holds a scepter aloft in her right hand, but hers carries less sharpness and more vitality—for the Empress’s scepter is a sacred instrument governing life between heaven and earth. Beneath her staff, the golden wheat fields at her feet and the dense forest in the distance thrive with vibrant life. Under her red throne lies a heart-shaped mark engraved with the symbol of Venus, a harbinger of maternal instinct, symbolizing the Empress’s tolerance and the prosperity she brings to her people.
